Benji

Benji is an opossum that was rescued at a young age after he was picked up and shaken by a dog. This unfortunate interaction left him with neurologic issues like lack of basic stability on his feet. Due to exhibiting these behaviors, he has been deemed non-releasable and is now stealing hearts as a permanent resident at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium in Clearwater, Florida.

The Do Like Raleigh Roo Foundation has provided funds to help enhance his habitat with enrichment to help promote natural behaviors that are otherwise challenging for him, like climbing and foraging.
